RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- On receipt of order, our customer care team shall contact you to confirm the requirements and provide the exact size dimensions like chest size, sleeve length, waist size etc if the same is not available on product page. This ensures that you order the right sized product and there is no unpleasant experience afterwards.
- On Confirmation from your side, the ordered product is checked thoroughly by our team, packed carefully and dispatched using national courier partners.
- A tracking number is shared with you to track the shipment.
- We accept returns only if there are genuine reasons like shipment damaged in transit or any manufacturing defects. Please call our customer care at +91-9650077156 for any such return request and provide details of order, reasons for return and the appropriate image/video of the product. Our team shall verify the information and process it further.
- We do not accept returns owing to reasons like size mismatch or the colour mis-match. We take utmost care to represent the product most accurately however because of variable lighting conditions; the displayed image may vary slightly. Also we provide all the size dimensions before shipping. Please ask all the questions and clear any doubt before placing the order or before confirming for the dispatch, Our team will be happy to help you.
- On approving the return for genuine reasons, our courier partner will pick up the product from you. We will refund the amount once the product is received back safely.
- Order cancellations shall attract a deduction of 5% towards admin and payment gateway charges. We request to kindly check all details before placing the order.
- Refunds against approved return request shall be done within 3 working days from the receipt of returned product.
